NFL Week 6 Predictions

Drew Brees and the Saints face off against Josh Freeman
and the Bucs this afternoon. Expect the Saints to win in a blowout

Giants vs. Bills: 31-24 Giants

The Giants are coming off of a rough loss to the Seahawks last week, but will bounce back this week to beat the Bills. The Bills have been impressive this season so far with wins over the Patriots and Eagles, but the Giants at home will win this game.

Panthers vs. Falcons: 30-27 Falcons

The Panthers are 4-1 against the spread this year and will be 5-1 after this game. Although they will not win this game, it will be a very close game and probably fall within three points. Cam Newton and the Panthers' offense has been great this season, but the Falcons are just the better all around team.

Bengals vs. Colts: 24-20 Bengals

The Bengals have surprised many so far this season. With the losses of Chad Ochocinco and Carson Palmer, the Bengals weren't expected to score any points this season. The Bengals' rookies, AJ Green and Andy Dalton have both fit in fine so far in the Bengals' offense. Also the Colts have not proved that they can win without Manning.

Niners vs. Lions: 31-20 Lions

The undefeated Lions will remain undefeated when they beat the 49'ers. Both teams have been unexpectedly good this season, but advantage goes to the Lions at home. The Matt Stafford to Calvin Johnson connection is the best quarterback to wide receiver combo in the entire league.

Rams vs. Packers: 30-17 Packers

The Packers will remain undefeated while the Rams will remain winless. The Packers have been playing with the same mentality that won them the Super Bowl last year. Aaron Rodgers is putting up MVP numbers and the defense has been shutting down top offenses. This one shouldn't even be close.

Jaguars vs. Steelers: 27-13 Steelers

The Steelers are clearly the better team in this matchup. The Jaguars have no passing game, and a very weak defense. Look for the Steelers to take advantage of both of these weaknesses and win big at home.

Redskins vs. Eagles: 35-14 Eagles

Remember what happened last time these two teams played? Look for the Eagles losing streak to end, and for Michael Vick to have a huge game. The Redskins might be leading the NFC East for now, but not for much longer.

Browns vs. Raiders: 28-17 Raiders

The Raiders are playing like a postseason team this season, and with one mistake by Chargers, the Raiders can find themselves playing in the playoffs. With the passing of longtime owner, Al Davis, the Raiders are playing for one reason, and that is to "Just win, baby".

Texans vs. Ravens: 24-20 Ravens

The Ravens have the best defense in the NFL, and the Texans, despite a good offense, will not be able to keep up. Andre Johnson's injury is really affecting the Texans team more than they expected.

Cowboys vs. Patriots: 35-31 Patriots

This one will be a high scoring duel between two top offenses. Tom Brady and the Patriots are coming off of a big win vs. the Jets, while the Cowboys are coming off of their bye week. The Patriots will win this game, not because of their offense, but because of their defense that will in the end, shut down the Cowboys.

Saints vs. Bucs: 38-13 Saints

After last week's game vs. the 49'ers the Bucs have lost extraordinary amounts of respect. The Saints have one of the best offenses in the entire league, and if Alex Smith and the 49'ers can score 48 points on the Bucs, than just imagine what Drew Brees and the Saints can do.

Vikings vs. Bears: 27-23 Bears

This Sunday night matchup will be a close one, but advantage goes to the Bears at home. Adrian Peterson is the best running back in the league, but right now, he is their only offensive threat. Donovan McNabb has been playing terrible this season. In order for the Vikings to make this one close, and possibly win the game, they need McNabb to step up.

Jets vs. Dolphins: 24-17 Jets

The Dolphins are playing for one reason this season, and that is to suck for Andrew Luck. The Dolphins have no offense, and their defense is not good enough to stop the Jets. While the Jets are coming off back to back losses, and have not looked good this season, they will get the win on Monday Night.
